Give new members a code. We deliver their kit.
Each new member gets a single-use code. They pick their size, add their name and number, and their kit is made and delivered to their door. Your club gets one invoice for the codes that were used.
Design the kit first. Codes and the portal come next. No stock, no upfront cost.

New member kit, before and after
Welcome kit is a great way to sign people up. Running it yourself is the hard part.
How it works
- Step 1
We set up your programme
Choose what new members get, from a full kit to a training top, and set adult and kids pricing.
- Step 2
Generate codes
Create 1 to 500 single-use codes at a time in your club portal, with your own prefix.
- Step 3
Give them out
Send codes by email from the portal, or we post you printed labels to hand out at sessions.
- Step 4
We make and deliver it
The member adds their size, name and number. We make it and send it by Royal Mail Tracked.
- Step 5
We invoice the club
One invoice per period, listing every redemption. You only pay for codes that were used.
Codes you can
email or hand out.
Generate codes in your club portal and see each one go from active to redeemed to delivered.
- By email. Send codes straight from the portal as people join.
- Printed labels. We post you labels with the code, your shop address and what's included. Hand them out at sessions or put them in welcome packs.
- Live tracking. See who has claimed their kit and what's in production.
Members claim it in your club shop.
They enter their code on the product page, choose a size with the size guide, and add their name and number. Checkout comes to £0.00.
- Made for them. Every item is produced to the member's own size and personalisation.
- Delivered to their door by Royal Mail Tracked. No collection points.

Home Kit 2026/27
Pay only for kit that's claimed
One invoice
Every redemption since your last invoice in a single PDF, with the member, product, size and date on each line.
Your schedule
Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a custom schedule that suits your club’s cash flow.
Agreed pricing
Adult and kids prices are agreed per programme up front. The rate on the invoice is the rate you agreed.
Who it's for
Sports clubs
Every new player gets a code. Their kit turns up at home, and nobody on the committee sorts boxes.
Coaching companies
Sign up players every week without thinking about kit. Give a code and we handle the rest.
Academies and schools
New starters every term. Codes replace bulk orders and paper forms, and parents order from home.
Leagues
Give each member club its own codes and programme, managed centrally with clear invoicing.
Questions
What is a membership code?
A unique, single-use code you give to a new member. They enter it in your club shop, choose their size and personalisation, and the kit is sent to their door for free. Your club is invoiced for the kit at an agreed rate.
Can members personalise their kit?
Yes. When they redeem their code, they choose their size and enter their name and squad number. The kit is made exactly to their details.
How do I generate codes?
From your club portal. You can generate 1 to 500 codes at a time, each with your own prefix.
Can I get printed codes to hand out in person?
Yes. Tell us how many you need and we’ll print labels with the unique code, your shop address and the included products on each one, then post them to you ready to hand out.
How does invoicing work?
We group every code redeemed since your last invoice into a PDF with a line per member and send it to your chosen contact. You set the frequency: weekly, fortnightly, monthly or custom.
Do I need to hold any stock?
No. Every item is made when a code is redeemed, so there’s no bulk ordering, dead stock or storage.
Can I choose which products are included?
Yes. You choose which products from your range can be claimed with a code, and you can change it at any time.
Is shipping included?
It can be. Free shipping for the member can be included in your programme pricing.
What happens if a code isn’t used?
Unused codes stay active until you deactivate them. You’re only invoiced for codes that are redeemed.
